Hello! I'm Karli.

Growing up with an art teacher mom, I've always known the importance of art and art education. I earned a bachelor's degree in art from USM, then worked with mom's growing art business, Bay Arts Center. Together, we opened an art supply store, hosted fun adult painting classes, kid's birthday painting parties, and a popular kid's summer art camp. I went on to earn a Mississippi teaching license and taught high school visual arts at OLA. During my 5 years there, I earned multiple awards for teaching, including an award from the Arts Institute of Mississippi for "Outstanding Achievement in Arts Education". My students won many awards in local and national art competitions, as well as earning college credit by achieving high scores with their AP art portfolio. Since then, I have been working as a full time artist and selling my artwork online. I am expanding my business by offering art education online and in person.
